General Description of the Trainings
Our in-house trainings will enable you to be self-sufficient running a (Digital) Transformation Program, Continuous Improvement Program or any other Complex (Change) Program. We have a long track record of giving trainings and creating training curricula for any kind of company.
The in-house (Digital) Transformation trainings can be fine-tuned specific for your organization to provide the best possible fit. We also developed exams to become a certified Digital Transformation Expert or Digital Transformation Master.
TE001: Digital Transformation Introduction
This training is designed to understand the basics of the Digital Transformation and to use that knowledge to apply it to the Digital Transformation initiative within your company
TE002: Digital Transformation Expert
This training is designed for the attendees to create a Digital Transformation Program covering all aspects and to be able to present this Digital Transformation Program to management.
TE003: Digital Transformation Expert Certification
The exam exists of a homework part and a board exam. The candidate must pass the 1st part of the exam before they can take the 2nd part of the exam. The homework must be made with a real-life case of a Digital Transformation Program.
TE004: Digital Transformation Multicultural
This training is designed for the attendees to understand the basics of different cultures and to understand how to let the different cultures work together.
TE005: Digital Transformation Tooling & Aids
This training is designed for the attendees to understand what kind of Tools and Aids are needed to succeed with the Digital Transformation and after the Digital Transformation.
TE006: Digital Transformation Master Certification
The exam exists of a homework part and a board exam. The candidate must pass the 1st part of the exam before they can take the 2nd part of the exam. The homework must be made with a real-life case of a Digital Transformation Program that has been completed.
